Initiating a Call
A voice call can be initiated by dialing a number or from call records. For details about how to initiate a call from call records, see Initiating a Call.
Procedure
- Start the OpenEye client and enter the account and password to log in to the OpenEye workspace.
- On the Workspace tab and enter the called number as required.

- Click to make a voice call.
- After the customer answers the call, the agent can talk with the customer.
When entering a called number, you can click to delete a character each time or press the Delete or Backspace key to delete one or more characters.
