Initiating a Call

Voice calls and video calls can be initiated from call records.

Procedure

  1. Start the OpenEye client and enter the account and password to log in to the OpenEye workspace.
  2. Click the Call Records tab to view the call details.
  3. Select a call record and click to initiate a voice call. Click to initiate a video call.
