Initiating a Call

Initiating a Call
Voice calls and video calls can be initiated from call records.
Procedure
- Start the OpenEye client and enter the account and password to log in to the OpenEye workspace.
- Click the Call Records tab to view the call details.
- Select a call record and click to initiate a voice call. Click to initiate a video call.
