Deleting or Clearing Call Records

You can clear call records in one-click mode, or delete a call record as required.

Procedure

  1. Start the OpenEye client and enter the account and password to log in to the OpenEye workspace.
  2. Choose Call Records to view the call details.
  3. Click to delete all call records.
  4. Select a call record you want to delete and click on the right to delete it. You can delete unnecessary call records one by one.
