Managing Dashboards
If your analysis scenario changes and you need to modify your dashboard content, DataArts Insight provides editing and deletion operations for your dashboard. This section describes how to edit a dashboard.
Prerequisites
- A project has been created by referring to Creating a Project.
- A data source has been connected by referring to Creating a Data Source.
- A dataset has been created by referring to Creating a Dataset.
- A dashboard has been created by referring to Creating a Dashboard.
Changing the Dashboard Publish Status
- On the top menu of the console, click Project. On the displayed My Projects page, click the name of the desired project.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Data Analytics > Dashboard.
- Click the name of the dashboard you want to publish.
- Publishing the dashboard: Click Save and Publish in the upper right corner of the page.
- Taking the dashboard offline: Click
in the upper right corner of the page and select Offline.

Managing Published Dashboards
You can edit, preview, view, share, and collaborate on published dashboards.
- On the top menu of the console, click Project. On the displayed My Projects page, click the name of the desired project.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Data Analytics > Dashboard.
- On the displayed page, locate the dashboard you want to manage, and click Edit, Preview, Sharing and Collaboration, or Delete in its Operation column as needed.

Managing a Dashboard That Has Been Taken Offline
You can edit, preview, share, collaborate on, and delete dashboards that have been taken offline.
- On the top menu of the console, click Project. On the displayed My Projects page, click the name of the desired project.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Data Analytics > Dashboard.
- On the displayed page, locate the dashboard you want to manage, and click Edit, Preview, Sharing and Collaboration, or Delete in its Operation column as needed.
