Managing Change Scenarios
The preset change scenario fields in the change ticket management module are different from those used in actual services. You can change the enumerated values of change scenarios.
Enabling or Disabling a Change Scenario
- Log in to COC.
- In the navigation pane, choose Basic Configurations > Process Management.
- Click Scenario to switch to the change scenario tab page.
- In the change scenario list, locate the change scenario to be enabled or disabled and click the scenario toggle in the Enabled or Not column.
Adjust the enabling or disabling status of the change scenario. After the change scenario is disabled, it cannot be used.
Creating a Change Scenario
- Log in to COC.
- In the navigation pane, choose Basic Configurations > Process Management.
- Click Scenario to switch to the change scenario tab page.
- Click Creating a change scenario. The drawer for creating a change scenario is displayed on the right.
- On the page for creating a change scenario, set the parameters by referring to Table 1.

Description
Change Scenario - Chinese
Enter the name of the change scenario in the Chinese environment.
Change Scenario - English
Enter the name of the change scenario in the English environment.
Description - Chinese
Enter the description of the change scenario in the Chinese environment.
Description - English
Enter the description of the change scenario in the English environment.
Parent Node ID
(Optional) Enter the change scenario ID.
If you enter a parent node ID, the scenario is added under the corresponding parent node. If you do not enter a parent node ID, the scenario is added as a parent node.
Currently, only one layer of subnodes is supported.
- Click OK.
After the change scenario is created, you can view it in the change scenario list or invoke it in the change implementation process.
Modifying a Change Scenario
A preset change scenario cannot be modified.
- Log in to COC.
- In the navigation pane, choose Basic Configurations > Process Management.
- Click Scenario to switch to the change scenario tab page.
- In the change scenario list, locate the change scenario to be modified and click Modify in the Operation column. The drawer for modifying the change scenario is displayed on the right.
- On the displayed page, modify the parameters by referring to Table 2.

Enter the name of the change scenario in the Chinese environment.
Change Scenario - English
Enter the name of the change scenario in the English environment.
Description - Chinese
Enter the description of the change scenario in the Chinese environment.

Enter the description of the change scenario in the English environment.
Parent Node ID
The value cannot be changed.
- Click OK.
Deleting a Change Scenario
A preset change scenario cannot be deleted.
- Log in to COC.
- In the navigation pane, choose Basic Configurations > Process Management.
- Click Scenario to switch to the change scenario tab page.
- In the change scenario list, locate the change scenario to be deleted and click Delete in the Operation column.
- Click OK.
After the deletion is successful, the scenario information is no longer displayed in the change scenario list.
