Affected Application Management
Scenarios
Add affected applications after a WarRoom is started.
Procedure
- Log in to COC.
- In the navigation pane on the left, choose Incident Management > WarRoom.
- On the WarRoom tab page, enter the associated incident ticket number or WarRoom name in the search text box and click the search icon to query the target WarRoom. Then click the queried WarRoom name.
- Click Create.
The Add Affected Application page is displayed.
- Set the information about the new affected application as prompted.
- Click OK.

- View the added applications on the WarRoom Details page. Enter the fault start time, recovery time, and fault description. Submit the modification and the application status becomes Recovered.
- Select and execute an emergency plan to quickly rectify faults of the affected application as needed. You can also view alarms, incidents, and changes of the application.
