Unfreezing Both an Account and Resources

You can unfreeze both a customer account and the resources in it.

Procedure

  1. Use your account to log in to Huawei Cloud.
  2. Click Partner Center in the drop-down list of your account name.
  3. In the top navigation bar, select Sales > Customers > Customer Management.
  4. Click Unfreeze Account and Resources in the Operation column for the target customer.
  5. Enter the reason and click OK. A message is displayed, indicating that the account and resources are unfrozen.

    If you have enabled the verification code function, a verification code will be required.
