Manual Renewal

For monthly subscription packages, you can renew at any time on the Renewals page or under Subscriptions on the CodeArts Agent console before auto-deletion to ensure uninterrupted service.

Renewing on the Console

  1. Log in to the CodeArts Agent console.
  2. In the navigation pane, choose Enterprise Management > Subscriptions.
  3. In the resource list, locate the resource to be renewed and choose More > Renew in the Operation column.
  4. Select a renewal duration and optionally select Renew on the standard renewal date. For details, see Setting a Fixed Renewal Date for a Monthly Package. Confirm the price information and click Pay.

    If you decide to set the package expiration date to the standard renewal date, this may generate additional renewal days that you can check in the Renewal Duration column on the renewal page.

  5. Select a payment method and confirm the payment. After you pay the order, the renewal is complete.

Renewing a Subscription in the Billing Center

  1. Go to the Renewals page.
  2. Set the search criteria.

    You can view all resources to be renewed on the Manual Renewals, Auto Renewals, Pay-per-Use After Expiration, and Renewals Canceled pages, and manually renew the resources.

    All resources that need to be manually renewed can be moved to the Manual Renewals tab. For details, see Enabling Manual Renewal.

  3. Manually renew resources. Click Renew in the Operation column for the desired resource.
  4. Select a renewal duration and optionally select Renew on the standard renewal date. For details, see Setting a Fixed Renewal Date for a Yearly/Monthly Package. Confirm the fee and click Pay.
  5. Select a payment method and confirm the payment. After you pay the order, the renewal is complete.

Setting a Fixed Renewal Date for a Monthly Package

Fixed renewal date: The expiration dates are aligned to a certain day of each month for routine management and renewals.

Assume that the expiration date of a basic package is April 17, you renew the subscription for one month, and set the fixed renewal date to the first day of each month. The package will expire on June 1. Actual renewal duration when setting the fixed renewal date = Current renewal duration (1 month) + Duration supplemented till the renewal date (15 days from May 18 to June 1) = 1 month and 15 days.

Figure 1 shows the effect of a one-month renewal with a fixed renewal date specified.
