Billing Description

This section describes the billing items, billing modes, renewals, and arrears policies of CodeArts Agent.

• Billing modes

  There are monthly and pay-per-use billing modes to meet your requirements.

  • The monthly package is available in two editions: basic and professional. This is a prepaid service (pay-before-use) billed based on the purchase cycle of your order. Ensure your account balance is sufficient before purchasing. Additionally, pay-per-use billing can be enabled.
  • Pay-per-use billing is a postpaid mode. In this mode, you pay for the used tokens.

• Billing items

  CodeArts Agent is billed based on the number of seats and token usage. For details, see Billing Items.

• Renewal

  The expiration of a monthly package does not immediately affect the normal use of CodeArts Agent. However, if the retention period is exceeded, resources will be deleted. Renew in time to avoid resource loss. You can renew your subscription manually or automatically. For details, see Overview.

• Bills

  To learn about your expenditures, go to Billing Center > Billing, and check the transactions and bills related to CodeArts Agent. For details, see Bills.

• Arrears

  Your account goes into arrears when the balance cannot cover the bill you need to pay. To continue using CodeArts Agent, top up your account in time. For details, see Arrears.

• Billing termination

  To avoid unexpected bills, you can unsubscribe from CodeArts Agent if it is no longer needed. For details, see Billing Termination.
