Removing a User from a User Group
Scenarios
The administrator can remove a user from a user group on the console.
- In a project interconnected with an AD domain, users cannot be removed from an AD user group, and can only be removed from a common user group.
- After a user group is assigned to a desktop or desktop pool, to remove a user from the user group, the user needs to log out and then log in again for the removal to take effect.
Prerequisites
There are users in a user group.
Procedure
- Log in to the console.
- In the navigation pane, choose Users > User Groups.
The User Groups page is displayed.
- Click a user group name in the user group list.
The user group information page is displayed.
- On the user group information page, you can choose to remove one or multiple users.
- Removing one user
- Click Remove in the Operation column of the desired user. The page for removing a user is displayed.
- If you want to perform this operation, enter REMOVE or click Auto Enter.
- Click OK.
- Removing multiple users
- Select the users to be removed and click Remove above the user list. The page for removing users is displayed.
- If you want to perform this operation, enter REMOVE or click Auto Enter.
- Click OK.
