接口功能

智能实训接口，在Lodas上部署并训练实训模型后，通过智能IVR中的业务接口调用，将用户语音文本信息发送给LODAS，获取智能引擎将评分结果。借助智能化能力，建设一体化系统，实现客户机器人仿真来电实训、答复准确率自动评估、操作准确性自动评估等能力。实现新员工上岗前实试与鉴定、重难点业务能力训练与鉴定、在岗员工转岗训练与鉴定、待岗员工复岗训练与鉴定，从员工角度、系统角度、运营角度提升工作效能。
