Viewing Component Details

After the component is created and deployed, you can view the component details on its Overview page.

Prerequisites

  • To view the YAML configurations of a CCE-deployed component, enable View YAML Mode. The parameters in the YAML configuration file are described in Deployment.
  • Click Synchronize Workload to synchronize latest configurations after CCE-based component workload changes (such as workloads upgraded using CCE).

Viewing Component Details

  1. Log in to ServiceStage.
  2. Use either of the following methods to go to the component Overview page.

    • On the Application Management page, click the application to which the component belongs, and click the target component in Component List.
    • On the Component Management page, click the target component.

  3. On the component Overview page, view the component status and other details.

    For details about component status description, see Table 1. Click the component status to view the deployment records of the component.

    Status

    Description

    Initializing

    When Creating and Deploying a Component, the component is in this state after you click Create and Deploy.

    Upgrading/Rolling back the component

    The component is in this state when Upgrading a Component in Single-batch Release Mode, Upgrading a Component in Rolling Release Mode, Upgrading Components in Batches, Rolling Back a Component, Redeploying a Component in Single-batch Release Mode, or Redeploying a Component in Rolling Release Mode.

    Scaling

    After Configuring a Manual Scaling Policy, the component is in this state during policy execution.

    Failed

    The operation on the component fails. For example, component deployment, upgrade, or rollback fails.

    You can click Failed to go to the Deployment Records page to view the failure cause.

    Running

    The operation on the component is successful, and the component status is normal. For example, component deployment, upgrade, or rollback is successful.

    Deleting

    The component is in this state when Deleting a Component.

    Starting

    The component is in this state during the start process by referring to Starting and Stopping a Component Instance.

    Stopping

    The component is in this state during the stop process by referring to Starting and Stopping a Component Instance.

    Stopped

    The component is in this state after being stopped by referring to Starting and Stopping a Component Instance.

    Restarting

    The component is in this state during the restart process by referring to Starting and Stopping a Component Instance.

    Not ready

    The component is in this state when the number of running component instances is less than the total number of component instances.

    Unknown

    A container-deployed component is in this state after Unknown is returned during synchronization from its CCE.

    Abnormal

    A container-deployed component is in this state after its CCE cluster or workload is deleted.

    Releasing

    The component is in this state when Upgrading a Component in Single-batch Release Mode or Redeploying a Component in Dark Launch Mode.

    Restart failed

    The component is in this state if it fails to be restarted by referring to Starting and Stopping a Component Instance.
