Importing Mapping Rules

Context

When configuring outbound call data under outbound call tasks, you can import data from a server. In this case, you need to configure the source SFTP server and related file information, and select a file-data mapping rule.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the AICC as a tenant administrator and choose Configuration Center > Outbound Call Task > Data Import Mapping Rule.
  2. Click Add and create the mapping rule between the outbound call data field and the column number of the field in the imported file.

    Element/Component

    Description

    Basic Information: mapping rule information.

    Rule Name

    User-defined rule name.

    Marketing Mode

    • Telemarketing
    • Multimedia marketing

    Description

    Description of a mapping rule.

    Number Data: mapping rule between the outbound call data field and the column number of the field in the imported file.

    Session Number

    Number of the column where the field is located in the imported file.

    Number Column

    Number of the column where the field is located in the imported file.

    Type Column

    Number of the column where the field is located in the imported file.

    Call Interval Column

    Number of the column where the field is located in the imported file.

    Service Attribute: mapping rule between the outbound call data attribute field and the column number of the field in the imported file.

    Attribute Name

    Configured attribute.

    Attribute Column

    Column number of an attribute in the imported file.

    Operation

    The deletion operation is supported.

  3. Click OK.
