Triggered when an unknown error occurs in the ODFS. If no satisfaction option is selected, the flow goes to the exception handling flow.

Typical Application Scenario

The Satisfaction Questionnaire diagram element is used only when an automatic outbound call task needs to be associated with an intelligent IVR survey flow. After an intelligent outbound call task is started, if the intelligent IVR flow associated with the outbound call task contains the Satisfaction Questionnaire diagram element, the survey content specified for the outbound call task is played to customers.
