Billing Termination
Yearly/Monthly
You pay a one-off fee for a yearly/monthly cloud desktop upon purchase. Billing automatically stops when the subscription expires.
- You can unsubscribe from a yearly/monthly desktop before the subscription expires. Fees for unused resource will be refunded to you based on refund conditions, including the five-day unconditional unsubscription conditions and whether cash coupons or discount coupons are used. For details, see Overview of Unsubscription Rules.
- If you have enabled auto-renewal but no longer need to automatically renew the subscription, disable it before the auto-renewal date (7 days before the expiration date by default) to avoid unexpected expenses.
Pay-per-Use
If pay-per-use resources, such as ECSs or EVS disks, are no longer used, delete them immediately to stop the billing of basic resources (vCPUs, memory, and charged images). However, the added EVS disks and bandwidth are still charged even when a cloud desktop is stopped. Therefore, you need to delete the desktop to avoid unexpected fees. For details, see Unsubscribing from Desktops.
