Customer Ringing

    AgentEvent_Customer_Alerting

  • Function

    This event indicates that the phone of the customer called by an agent is ringing.

  • Additional information

    otherPhone: customer phone number, which is a string. For an internal call, the value is the ID of the called agent.

    callid: call ID.

    type: call type, either assistant or main.

  • Triggering condition

    The phone of the called party is ringing.
