Managing Incident Categories

  1. Log in to COC.
  2. In the navigation pane, choose Basic Configurations > Process Management. On the displayed page, click Incident Category. The incident categories preset in the system are displayed on this page and cannot be edited or deleted.

  3. If you do not use a preset incidence category, you can disable it. To add an incident category, click Create Incident Category. After the incident category is added, you can view the latest enumerated values of Incident Category on the page for creating an incident ticket on the Incidents page.
