Viewing Survey Statistics

Prerequisites

  • A survey has been configured for an outbound call task.
  • An outbound call task is not in the draft state.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the AICC as a tenant administrator and choose Outbound Call > Call Mgmt.

  2. Select an outbound call task that is being executed or has been completed, and click Respondent Statistics.
