Viewing a Reserved Outbound Call
On the Reserved Call page, an agent can view the reserved manual and automatic outbound calls associated with the agent.
Prerequisites
The agent has the reserved outbound call task permission.
Procedure
- Sign in to the AICC as an agent. Choose .
- View the reserved outbound calls of the current agent by reserved time in ascending order.

Operation
Operations that can be performed on the current call. The options are as follows:
- Call
- Modify
- Delete
- Adjustment Record
- Business Result
- Survey Result (This button is available when the outbound call task is associated with a survey.)
- Set search criteria based on Table 2, and click Search to search for reserved outbound calls that meet the search criteria.

Start time and end time of a reserved call.
Reset
Reset the search criteria and refresh the list.
Search
Search for reserved outbound calls.
- Click Modify, set Remarks, and click Save.
- Click Delete to delete a reserved outbound call record. Only numbers that have not been used to make calls can be deleted.
