Scenarios
After enabling screen recording audit, you can record all operations on a cloud desktop as videos following the screen recording audit rules of the policy. You can view the videos at any time.
This section describes how to view screen recording records.

Screen recording audit is currently in open beta test (OBT) and is free of charge. After the OBT ends, you are charged for using the feature, and an announcement that includes the billing rules will be released in advance.
Prerequisites
You have created a screen recording audit policy by referring to Creating an Advanced Policy.
Procedure
- Log in to the console.
- In the navigation pane, choose Security Audit > Screen Recording Records to go to the Screen Recording Records page.
- Perform the operations in Table 1 as required.

Viewing information about a screen recording
- On the Screen Recording Records page, you can view screen recording records over the past 7, 30, or 180 days, or in a custom time range.
- You can filter screen recording records by username, screen recording type, screen recording status, and desktop ID.
After enabling screen recording audit, you can view screen recording records in a specified time range or by selecting search criteria on the Screen Recording Records page.
Playing a screen recording
- On the Screen Recording Records page, click Play in the Operation column of a recording whose Status is Uploaded to go to the Screen Recording Details page.
- Click
to play the video and filter and view key events of the terminal user.
- On the right of Screen Recording Playback, you can view events by event severity, type, and name. For details about the events, see Table 1.
- Click an event record to play the video of this event.
NOTE:
For smooth multi-screen playback of screen recordings, ensure that your terminal device has high resolution and high bandwidth.
You can play a screen recording on the Screen Recording Records page.
Downloading a screen recording
- To download a single screen recording record, click Download in the Operation column of a recording record whose Status is Uploaded.
- To batch download screen recording records, select the screen recording records to download and click Download above the list.
You can download screen recording files on the Screen Recording Records page.
Deleting a screen recording record
To delete a single screen recording record:
- Click Delete in the Operation column of a screen recording record to go to the Delete Screen Recording Record page.
- If you want to perform this operation, enter DELETE or click Auto Enter.
- Click OK.
To batch delete screen recording records:
- Select the screen recording records to delete and click Delete above the list to go to the Delete Screen Recording Record page.
- If you want to perform this operation, enter DELETE or click Auto Enter.
- Click OK.
NOTE:
- You can batch delete screen recording records only when their corresponding recordings are not being recorded or uploaded.
- Deleting a screen recording record will delete the screen recording file in the OBS bucket.
You can delete undesired screen recording records on the Screen Recording Records page.
Exporting a screen recording record
- On the Screen Recording Records page, click Export. You can see the message Exporting the file... You can download the exported file from the export center later.
- Click Download to export the screen recording record to your local device. Click Go to Export Center.
- On the Export Center page, you can click Download or Delete in the Operation column of the exported screen recording record.
You can export required screen recording videos on the Screen Recording Records page.
