Managing Application Integration

A tenant administrator can manage third-party applications integrated into the AICC.

Prerequisites

  • The application integration feature has been enabled for the tenant space.
  • You need to submit an application to the system administrator to add the application URL to the address trustlist whose Address Type is Application Integration.
  • A common agent must have the Application Integration menu permission and the permission to edit and download information on the GUI.
  • Permissions on operations under the current menu that require separate configuration have been configured. For details about the operation permissions that can be configured separately, see Table 1.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the AICC as a tenant administrator and choose Configuration Center > Expansion and Integration > Application Integration.
  2. Click New to create an application integration.

    Application Name

    Text box

    Name of an application.

    The value can contain a maximum of 64 characters.

    Application Location

    Drop-down list

    Location where the application is integrated.

    • Extended application: Integrate the application on the Configuration Center > System Management > Menu Management page. Set Configuration Mode to Application Integration, add the application to Applications in the navigation pane.
    • Audio and video workbench: The application is integrated into the workbench application integration card on the audio and video workbench.
    • Online chat workbench: The application is integrated into the workbench application integration card on the online chat workbench.

    Application URL

    Text box

    URL of a third-party application.

    The value can contain a maximum of 512 characters.

    You need to submit an application to the system administrator to add the application URL to the address trustlist whose Address Type is Application Integration.

    Authentication Mode

    Drop-down list

    Authentication mode for application integration.

    Value options:

    • Non-authentication
    • SAML2.0
    • OAuth2.0
    NOTE:

    Set the authentication mode. Unauthorized access has security risks. Exercise caution when using unauthorized access.

    Authorization Mode

    Drop-down list

    Authorization mode when the authentication mode is OAuth2.0.

    Set the parameter to Default authorization code mode.

    Application Description

    Text box

    Description of an application.

    The value can contain a maximum of 512 characters.

  3. Click Save.

    A tenant can create a maximum of 100 extended applications.

  4. Click Release.
