Configuring Skill Queue Monitoring Groups

The AICC provides monitoring groups for skill queues. You can add skill queues to a monitoring group to monitor and report different BPOs or businesses (such as B2B and B2C).

Prerequisites

  • A common agent must have the skill menu permission and the permission to edit skill menus on the GUI and in batches.
  • Permissions on operations under the current menu that require separate configuration have been configured. For details about the operation permissions that can be configured separately, see Table 1.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the AICC as a tenant administrator and choose Configuration Center > Employee Center > Skill.
  2. Choose Monitoring Group. Click New to create a monitoring group.
