Managing the Online Chat Workbench

A tenant administrator sets the tenant-level online chat workbench layout.

Prerequisites

The tenant administrator has the management, viewing, and editing permissions on the online chat workbench.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the AICC as a tenant administrator and choose Configuration Center > Workbench Configuration > Chat Workbench Management.
  2. Click Edit. On the Edit Online Chat Workbench page, select a card under All Widgets.

    Parameter

    Description

    All Widgets

    Select a card on the online chat workbench.

    Value options:

    • Intelligent Recognition: This option is available only when the Intelligent Agent feature is enabled.
    • Agent Assistant: This option is available only when the Intelligent Agent feature is enabled.
    • SmartCare Fault Boundary: This option is available only when the SmartCare feature is enabled.
    • Customer Center: This option is available only when the Customer Center feature is enabled.
    • Case: This option is available only when the Case 2.0 feature is enabled.
    • Customer Case List: This option is available only when the Case 2.0 feature is enabled.
    • Session Information
    • Contact Records
    • Customer Information

    Fold All

    Collapse all cards on the workbench.

    Unfold All

    Expand all cards on the workbench.

    Restore

    Restore the layout to the preset tenant-level system layout.

    After the restoration, the layout data of the tenant administrator is deleted.

    Organize

    Provide the automatic card layout function based on the widget framework capability.

    Preview

    Preview the online chat workbench layout.

    Cancel

    Cancel the editing of the workbench layout.

    Publish

    Publish the edited workbench layout.

  3. Click Publish.
  4. Click Confirm.
