You can query and follow up O&M to-do tasks.

Scenarios

Query and follow up O&M to-do tasks on COC.

Procedure

  1. Log in to COC.
  2. On the Overview page of COC, you can view the number of incidents to be handled, alarms to be handled, and your to-do tasks in the upper left part of the page.

  3. Click Pending Incidents, Pending Alarms, or My To-Dos to go to the corresponding O&M transaction page.
