This userid belongs to an OBS deregistered user.

Error description

The Huawei account to which the bucket belongs has been deleted, or the resources have been released.

Error cause

• Account deletion: If the bucket is created by an account or an IAM user of an account, the bucket belongs to this account. If the bucket's owner account has been deleted, the account resources will be released. During this process, any request sent to the bucket or any object in it will return an error.
• Resource release due to arrears: If the account is in arrears and the outstanding amount is not paid within the retention period, the account resources will be released. During this process, any request sent to the bucket or any object in it will return an error.

Handling suggestion

• If the error is reported because the account has been deleted, the resource owner needs to sign up for a HUAWEI ID and enable Huawei Cloud services and create a new bucket.
• If the resources are released due to arrears, top up the account and create a new bucket.
