Disabling Internet Access
Scenarios
Cancel the Internet access permission of desktops.
Prerequisites
Economical or enhanced Internet access has been enabled for a desktop.
Procedure
- Log in to the console.
- In the navigation pane, choose Internet Access Management.
The Internet Access page is displayed.
- Select an Internet type to be disabled.
- Select a desktop in the desktop list.
- Disabling Internet access for one desktop:
- Click Disable Internet in the Operation column of the desired desktop. The Disable Internet page is displayed.
- Select a method for Disable By.
- Unbinding only the EIP. After that, the desktop can be bound again.
- Unbinding and deleting the EIP. After confirmation, you will be redirected to the EIP management page. Select the EIP to unbind and delete it.
- Click OK.
- Batch disabling Internet access for desktops:
- Batch select the desired desktops and click Disable Internet above the list. The Disable Internet page is displayed.
- Select a method for Disable By.
- Unbinding only the EIP. After that, the desktop can be bound again.
- Unbinding and deleting the EIP. After confirmation, you will be redirected to the EIP management page. Select the EIP to unbind and delete it.
- Click OK.
- Disabling Internet access for one desktop:
- Click Disable Internet in the Operation column of the desktop list.
The Disable Internet page is displayed.
- Check the configuration of disabling Internet access.
1. To disable Internet access, you need only to delete the SNAT rule. Related resources will not be deleted.
2. Delete resources that are no longer needed to avoid unexpected costs.
- Deleting an SNAT rule:
- Click Delete >>. In the SNAT rule list, locate the SNAT rule to delete, and click Delete in the Operation column.
- If you want to perform this operation, enter DELETE or click Auto Enter.
- Click OK.
- (Optional) Deleting an EIP:
- Click Delete >>. On the EIP page, choose More > Release in the Operation column.
- In the displayed dialog box, click OK.
