  4. Click Check Login Record in the Operation column of the desired desktop.

The User Login Records page is displayed.

  5. You can check the login records in the last 7 days, last 30 days, or a customized time period. The desktop usage records include Desktop Name, Login User, Terminal IP, Terminal OS Type, Desktop IP, Started, Ended, and Failure Cause.

Setting notifications

  1. Click Set Notification next to Desktop Usage Records. The authorization description is displayed upon the first setting.

Workspace requests for the permission to access the following cloud service resources:

    • SMN permissions

To send notifications, Workspace needs the permission to access SMN.

After the permission granting is approved, an agency named workspace_admin_trust will be created on IAM. Do not delete or modify workspace_admin_trust when performing a scheduled task or using a desktop pool.

  2. Set notifications.

    • Send Notification: indicates that the function is enabled.
    • Sent When: The desktop has not been in use for x days.
    • Notification Frequency: Sent once every x days.
    • Notification Object: Select one from the drop-down list box.

You can select a topic. If there is no desired topic, click Create Topic. For details, see Creating a Topic. After creating a topic, click Add Subscription in the Operation column of the desired topic to configure the notification. For details, see Adding a Subscription.

  3. Click OK.
