User Login Records

Scenario

This section describes how to check user login records to know the desktop running status and user login status. This facilitates troubleshooting and system maintenance.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Workspace console.
  2. In the navigation pane, choose Monitoring and Analysis > User Login Records.

    The User Login Records page is displayed.

  3. Check user login records.

    • Login Statistics: login statistics in a specific time period.
      • You can check the login statistics in the last 7 days, last 30 days, or a customized time period. You can filter user login statistics by Username or Usage Duration. The user login statistics include Username, Login Times, Successful, Failed, and Usage Duration.
    • Login Records: login records in a specific time period.
      • You can check the login records in the last 7 days, last 30 days, or a customized time period. You can filter user login records by Desktop Name, Login User, and Terminal OS Type. The user login records include Desktop Name, Login User, Terminal IP, Terminal OS Type, Desktop IP, Started, Ended, and Failure Cause.
      • Under the Login Statistics tab, click Export to export login statistics.
      • Under the Login Records tab, click Export to export login records.
