Managing a To-Do Task
Scenarios
After a to-do task is created, the owner can handle and close the to-do task.
Precautions
You can handle only the to-do tasks whose owner or creator is yourself.
Handling a To-Do Task
- Log in to COC.
- In the navigation pane, choose Task Management > To-Do Center.
- Click the Pending tab.
- Locate a to-do task and click the task name.
- Click Handle in the upper right corner.
The to-do task is handled.
Canceling a To-Do Task
- Log in to COC.
- In the navigation pane, choose Task Management > To-Do Center.
- Click the Created by Me tab.
- Locate the to-do task you want to cancel and click the task name.
- Click Cancel in the upper right corner.
- Enter the cancellation reason and click OK.
The to-do task is canceled.
Closing a To-Do Task
- Log in to COC.
- In the navigation pane, choose Task Management > To-Do Center.
- Click the Handled by Me tab.
- Locate the to-do task you want to close and click the task name.
- Click Close in the upper right corner.
- Enter the closure description and click OK.
The to-do task is closed.
