Rejecting an Incident Ticket
Scenarios
After an incident ticket is created, the incident handler can reject it if it is unreasonable or due to other reasons. If rejected, the incident creator can either modify and submit the incident ticket or close it.
Rejecting an Incident
- Log in to COC.
- In the navigation pane, choose Fault Management > Incidents.
- On the Pending tab page, select the target incident ticket and click its title.
- Click Reject in the upper right corner.

- Enter the rejection reason and click OK.
