Creating a Scheduled Password Change Task

Scenarios

In routine O&M management, periodically changing passwords is an important measure to ensure system security. However, manually and periodically changing passwords is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and error-prone. Based on service requirements, you can configure the regions where periodic password changes need to be enabled in COC. The default password change period is 0 15 3 ? * *, indicating that the task is executed at 03:15 every day. After the configuration, a periodic password change task is created for each region. You can view and modify the task by referring to Managing Scheduled Tasks. The periodic password change function of COC can automatically execute password change tasks, reducing manual intervention and improving security.

Notes and Constraints

A single scheduled password change task can be executed for a maximum of 999 instances. If the number of instances in the selected region exceeds this limit, the task will fail.
