Configuring Inspection Rating Rules

Business Scenario

An inspection trainer sets inspection scores for an insurance industry template online. The start score, minimum score, and maximum score are set to 80, 0, and 100, respectively.

Procedure

1. Sign in to the AICC as a tenant administrator and choose Configuration Center > Quality Management > Appraise Score Setting.
2. Click Add to add an inspection rating rule.
3. Configure a rating item.

   Set Rule Name, Start Score, Minimum Score, and Maximum Score.

4. Click OK to save the rating configuration.
5. Click Apply to apply the new inspection rating rule. The inspection rating rule is then applied to the AI inspection of call recording.
