Multimedia marketing tasks support SMS marketing and email marketing. Tenant administrators can configure multimedia marketing tasks as required. - Viewing Multimedia Marketing Results
An agent can view the result of a single multimedia marketing task on the iSales task list page. - Configuring Multimedia Marketing Data
Marketing data of multimedia marketing tasks can be added one by one or imported in batches.
