GenAI

This diagram element is used to invoke copilots of the foundation model. The LLM Engine feature must be enabled for the tenant space.

Parameter Description

The following figure shows the parameters of the GenAI diagram element.

  • Node Type: GenAI.
  • Node Name: name of a node, which can be customized.
  • Description: details of a node.
  • Select Agent: The value is obtained from a published agent on the Configuration Center > Chatbot Management > Large Model Service > Agent Zone > Agent Management page.
  • Select Workflow: The value is obtained from a published workflow on the Configuration Center > Chatbot Management > Large Model Service > Workflow Management > Workflow Orchestration page.

Typical Scenario

After the conversation between the user and the virtual agent ends, the user selects an agent to obtain help.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the AICC and choose Configuration Center > Chatbot Management > Flow Configuration.
  2. Configure an intelligent IVR flow.

    1. Choose Flow > Orchestration and click Create. Add a flow by referring to the following figure.

    2. Click . In the right pane, enter the variable name and data type, as shown in the following figure.

    3. Set diagram element parameters by referring to the following figure.

    4. Save and publish the flow.
    5. Click Test to access the Test Call page.
    6. Click Start Call to test the flow.
