How Do I Set the Queue Reminder?

Context

Only the web and WhatsApp channels are supported.

Procedure

  1. Set Queue reminder interval (seconds).

    Range: 10-99, default value: 10

  2. Set Queue reminder content.

    String length ≤ 40

  3. Click Save And Proceed To The Next Step to complete the configuration.
