ICP Filing Guidelines

Register a Huawei Cloud (Chinese mainland) account. For details, see section "Registering an Account and Completing Real-Name Authentication".
Perform real-name authentication for the account:
- Enterprise real-name authentication: For details, see Enterprise Real-Name Authentication. (The Registration Certificate of Resident Representative Office of Foreign Enterprises cannot be used for enterprise real-name authentication.)
- Individual real-name authentication: For details, see Individual Real-Name Authentication.
  The entity for real-name authentication can be different from the filing entity.
  
  Individual real-name authentication supports only the following certificates: overseas passports, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents (also known as "Taiwan Compatriot Permit"), Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, and Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents.
You can apply for ICP filing on a PC or Huawei Cloud app.
- The Huawei Cloud ICP filing system supports only simplified Chinese. When applying for ICP filing, you can contact your account manager of the representative office for help.
