Notice on Access Issues for IAM Users Without Assigned Policies or Roles on the VOD Console Following Integration with IAM 5.0

To further enhance the security and reliability of VOD, the service has fully adapted to Huawei Cloud's access management, updating its integration from IAM 3.0 to IAM 5.0. IAM 5.0 provides more secure, more convenient account management, along with more refined and robust permission control. For more information, see Permissions and Supported Actions. For security and permissions isolation reasons, IAM users created in IAM 3.0 without assigned policies or roles will no longer be able to access the VOD console or APIs. To continue using these IAM users, you can attach a VOD system policy or custom policy to them before December 20, 2025. For guidance, see Assigning Permissions to an IAM User.
