Notice on Audio and Video Moderation Updates

The Content Moderation service APIs have been upgraded, and the VOD audio moderation feature has been updated accordingly. All other capabilities (video moderation and VOD's own APIs) remain unchanged. This upgrade was released around October 15, 2025. To ensure that you can use the audio moderation feature properly, please complete the following steps before October 10, 2025:

• Access the Content Moderation console and enable the required services. For details, see Enabling Content Moderation. The required moderation services vary with the region: text and single-image moderation for CN North-Beijing1; text, single-image, and audio moderation for CN North-Beijing4; and text, single-image, and audio moderation for AP-Singapore.
• Authorize VOD to use Content Moderation. On the VOD console, choose Review Management > Content Moderation and complete the authorization.

Using the audio and video moderation functions of VOD will incur charges from the Content Moderation service. For details, see Content Moderation Billing. You are advised to evaluate the impact on your services and adjust your services accordingly. If you have any questions, contact your account manager or submit a service ticket.
