How Do I Do If There Is No Sound or the Screen Is Frozen While There Is Sound When Using Google Chrome or Bilibili Player for Video Playback?

End users encounter no sound or frozen screen in video playback using Google Chrome or Bilibili player.
Procedure
Example of using Google Chrome:
In application mode:
- Log in to the Workspace Application Streaming console as an administrator.
- In the navigation pane, choose Application Groups.
- Click the application group containing the Google Chrome application.
- Locate the row that contains the Google Chrome application, click Modify, and enter --no-sandbox --force-wave-audio for Command Parameter, and click OK.
- Refresh the client and try again.
In shared desktop mode:
- Log in to the shared desktop, right-click the Google Chrome shortcut, and choose Properties.
- Append --no-sandbox --force-wave-audio to the value of Target (T).
- Restart Google Chrome.
