How Can I Receive an Incident Ticket Notification?
- Log in to COC.
- Choose Basic Configurations > Personnel Management. On the displayed page, subscribe to notification messages. For details, see O&M Engineer Management.
- Choose Basic Configurations > Notification Management. On the displayed page, create a notification rule and set the notification type to incident notification. For details, see Managing Notifications.
