Partner Support Plan Level	Service Quota
Standard	Delivered once a month on a working day. It lasts up to four hours each time.
Premier	Delivered once a month on a working day. It lasts up to eight hours each time.

When the cloud product architecture consulting service is needed, partners must submit an application three working days in advance.
