How Do I Delete an Enterprise Member Account?

  1. Disassociate the member account from the enterprise master account. For details, see Disassociating Member Accounts.
    1. Log in to Enterprise Center using the master account and initiate a disassociation request.
    2. Go to My Account using the member account. On the Basic Information page, accept the disassociation request.
  2. Close and delete the member account. For details, see Deleting an Account
    1. Go to My Account using the member account. On the Basic Information page, click Close Account.
    2. After you close the account, click Delete Account.
