Bank Transfer Claim

After you transfer money offline to HUAWEI CLOUD through a standard top-up account, claim the transferred money. Successfully claimed amount will arrive in your HUAWEI CLOUD account.

Important Notes

An enterprise master account can claim bank transfers for associated member accounts.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Funds Management > Claim Bank Transfer page.
  2. Click the Offline Transfers tab.
  3. Enter the transferrer, source account, and transferred amount to query the bank transfers.

  4. Click Claim.
  5. Set the claimed amount, upload the offline transfer receipt, and click OK.

    • When an enterprise master account is claiming a bank transfer, associated member accounts can be selected for Claimed By.
    • You can query previous claim records on the Claim Bank Transfer > Historical Claims page.
    • After you claim a bank transfer, HUAWEI CLOUD will complete its approval within one working day.
