Balance Withdrawals

You can request withdrawing money from your top-up account balance. Withdrawable amount = Cash balance – Outstanding invoice amount – Unbilled amount.

Scenarios in Which Withdrawals Are Not Allowed

  • Cash balance of a customer associated with a partner by advance payment mode cannot be withdrawn.
  • A top-up with bonuses or cash coupons rewarded does not support money withdrawal.
  • An outstanding invoice amount cannot be included in a money withdrawal. However, after the invoice is returned or the outstanding amount is paid, the original outstanding invoice amount can be withdrawn.
  • The amount allocated to an enterprise member account cannot be withdrawn. If an allocated amount has not been invoiced, the master account must withdraw it before requesting a money withdrawal.

Withdrawal Types

Money can be withdrawn to the source account or a bank card.
  • Online payment (through Alipay and WeChat) that arrived in your account in the last 11 months, or UnionPay top-up amounts that arrived in your account 3 months ago can be withdrawn to the source account. The money will arrive in the source account (WeChat, Alipay, or UnionPay) in real time.
  • Online payment (through Alipay and WeChat) that arrived in your account 11 months ago, or UnionPay top-up amounts that arrived in your account 3 months ago can only be withdrawn to a bank card. The money will arrive in your specified bank card within seven working days.
  • Top-up amounts through bank transfer (using a dedicated bank transfer account or general remittance account) can be withdrawn to the source bank account within seven working days.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Withdraw Money page.
  2. Select a desired withdrawal method.

    • Withdraw to Source Account
      1. Click Withdraw Money next to Money Withdrawable to Source Account.
      2. Enter an amount and click Next.
      3. Enter the verification code and click OK.

        The system processes the withdrawal according to the "Last In First Out" principle. Specifically, the system withdraws the money that was topped up lastly in the historical top-up transactions. You can also click Select Transactions to withdraw money for the specified transactions.

        If information of the bank account that receives the money is not complete, manually enter the information.

        After the withdrawal request is approved, the money goes back to the source account immediately.

    • Withdraw to Bank Card
      1. Click Withdraw Money next to Money Withdrawable to Bank Card.
      2. Enter an amount and set the bank card information. Click Next.
        • If the top-up was completed using Alipay or WeChat, the bank account name must be the same as the holder name of Alipay or WeChat.
        • If the top-up was completed using individual or enterprise e-banking, the receiving bank account of the money withdrawal must be consistent with your real-name authentication information.

      3. Select transactions and enter the verification code. Then click OK.

        After the withdrawal request is approved, HUAWEI CLOUD will complete the withdrawal process within 7 working days.

      After submitting a money withdrawal request, you can view the request status at Billing Center > Funds Management > Withdraw Money.
