Account Overview
You can find common functions quickly on the Overview page.
Prepayment
Prepayment: Before using any HUAWEI CLOUD service, you must pay a fee in advance, which will be actually deducted after you successfully use the service.
You can perform the following operations on the Overview page.
- Top-up: For details about how to top up, see Topping Up an Account.
- Money withdrawal: For details about how to withdraw money, see Balance Withdrawals.
- Viewing available credit: You can view the account balance and arrears. Click the slider next to Alert to enable or disable the balance alert function.

- Viewing orders pending payment: Click Pay Now to go to the Orders > Unpaid Orders page. You can pay for orders that are pending payment. For details, see Paying an Order.
- Viewing cash coupons: You can view the amount and quantity of cash coupons. For details about how to use cash coupons, see Using Cash Coupons.
- Invoicing: You can view the total invoiceable amount. Click New Invoice to go to the Invoices page. For details about how to have an invoice issued, see Requesting a HUAWEI CLOUD Invoice.
- Enabling or disabling bill storage: For details about how to enable the bill storage function, see Enabling Bill Storage.
- Viewing renewals: The number of resources pending renewal in the next 30 days, the number of expired resources, and the number of frozen resources are displayed. Click View All to go to the Renewals page. For details about how to renew resources, see Renewal Management.
- Viewing the expenditure trend: By default, the expenditure trend of the last six months is displayed. Click View Bill to go to the Bills > Cost Bill > Overview page. For details, see Viewing Cost Bills.
- Amount: Amount that a customer should pay for cloud services based on the official prices after discounts have been applied.
- Net Amount: Equal to the amount due minus the amount of used cash coupons.
Post Payment
Post payment: You use HUAWEI CLOUD services first and pay for them later.
You can perform the following operations on the Overview page.
- Repayment: For details, see Topping Up an Account.
- Money withdrawal: For details about how to withdraw money, see Balance Withdrawals.
- Viewing unpaid bills: You can view the remaining unpaid amount and overdue amount. Click Unpaid Bills to view the details of unpaid bills. Unpaid bills of an enterprise master account contain the expenditure data of its member accounts.

- Viewing available credit: You can view the account balance, outstanding amount, and so on. Click the slider next to Alert to enable or disable the balance alert function.
- Viewing orders pending payment: Click Pay Now to go to the Orders > Unpaid Orders page. You can pay for orders that are pending payment. For details, see Paying an Order.
