Using a Loan

After successfully applying for a loan, you can use it to pay for yearly/monthly products that meet the conditions.

Procedure

  1. Use a loan to pay for an order and make the down payment.

    1. Purchase a yearly/monthly product that meets the conditions on the HUAWEI CLOUD official website and pay for it.
    2. Select Bank Loan and click Next.

    3. Set the down payment amount and the number of installments, and click Pay.

      After the down payment is made successfully, ICBC will complete the loan approval shortly.

  2. Withdraw the granted loan amount from your bank account and pay the remaining sum.

    1. Go to the Loan Management > Loans page.

      Loans that have been granted are in the Pending withdrawal status.

    2. Click Withdraw Loan.
      The payment automatically completes after the withdrawal is successful.
      • Individual customers: Use WeChat or an ICBC mobile banking app to scan the QR code to complete the withdrawal.

      • Enterprise customers: Complete the withdrawal as prompted on the ICBC online banking page.

Loan Statuses

  • Pending approval: The bank is reviewing the loan.
  • Loan failed: The loan application failed. Call the ICBC service hotline (+86 95588) or directly contact the subbranch.
  • Pending withdrawal: The loan has been approved and can be withdrawn to pay for orders.
  • In progress: The bank has granted the loan and the loan is in normal state. Click View Repayment Plan in the Operation column to view the repayment plan details.
  • Overdue: The loan has been overdue.
  • Canceled: The loan has been canceled.
  • Fully paid: The loan has been paid off.
