Enabling a Loan

You must enable the loan service before you can use a loan to pay for orders.

Precautions

Customers who have not completed real-name authentication cannot apply for a loan.

Customers authenticated as an individual can only apply for an individual loan. The maximum credit is ¥2,000,000, and the provisioning takes as fast as 5 minutes.

Customers authenticated as an enterprise can apply for an individual or enterprise loan. The maximum credit is ¥5,000,000. The first application requires qualification verification, which takes about 3 to 5 working days.

Procedure

Similar steps are required to apply for an individual loan and an enterprise loan. The following uses an example of applying for an enterprise loan.

  1. Go to the Loan Management > Loan Authentication page.
  2. Select Enterprise Loan.
  3. Fill in the information and click Submit.

    Legal Representative

    Name

    Name of the enterprise legal person. It must be consistent with the real-name authentication information.

    ID Card No.

    ID card No. of the enterprise legal person.

    Mobile Number

    Mobile phone number of the enterprise legal person, to which repayment notifications will be sent. Please enter a frequently used number.

    Corporate Bank Account

    Corporate bank account of the enterprise at ICBC, which is used to receive bank loans by default.

    Email

    Email address of the enterprise legal person, to which repayment notifications will be sent. Please enter a frequently used email address.

    Loan Handler

    Name

    Name of the loan applicant.

    ID Card No.

    ID card No. of the loan applicant.

    Mobile Number

    Mobile phone number of the loan applicant.

    Email

    Email address of the loan applicant.

    Loan Bank

    Subbranch

    Select an ICBC subbranch near you to facilitate subsequent offline business handling.

  4. Do the following things at the subbranch.

    Enterprise customer

    Enable e-banking and USB key for your corporate account.

    Provide the following materials for verification of qualification:

    • Business license
    • Account opening permit
    • ID card of the legal person
    • Authorization for credit reference

    Since bank branches in different regions have different requirements on materials, the specific materials are subject to the specific branch.

    Individual customer

    Enable mobile banking and USB key.

  5. If you do not have a dedicated bank transfer account, provision a dedicated bank transfer account after your loan authentication is successful.
