Dedicated Bank Transfer Account

Account that HUAWEI CLOUD provides for customers in order to facilitate top-ups. After a customer applies for a dedicated bank transfer account, when the customer tops up through the account, the money will automatically arrive in the customer's HUAWEI CLOUD account.

Account Statements

Key information about the customer's account balance change. Statistics on the revenue and expenditure details by type (cash account, credit account, cash coupon, flexi-purchase coupon, and stored-value card) are collected.

Account Balance

Cash balance of the customer's HUAWEI CLOUD account.

Balance

Amount that can be used for payment, including cash account balance and credit account balance.

Revenue/Expenditure

• Revenue: It refers to the amount added to the HUAWEI CLOUD account when the customer tops up, initiates a refund, or performs account adjustment.
• Expenditure: It refers to the amount deducted from the HUAWEI CLOUD account when the customer makes expenditures, repays, or initiates a refund.

Withdraw Money

When a customer withdraws money from the HUAWEI CLOUD account balance, the money will be refunded to the customer's bank account or payment platform accounts according to the payment method the customer used previously.

Withdrawable Amount

Amount that can be withdrawn from the customer's account. Withdrawable amount = Cash balance – Outstanding invoice amount – Unbilled amount.

Available Amount

Top-up amounts (through Alipay, WeChat, and e-banking) that arrived in your account in the last 11 months can be withdrawn to the source account in real time.

Money Withdrawable to Bank Card

Top-up amounts (through Alipay, WeChat, and e-banking) that arrived in your account more than 11 months ago can be withdrawn to the specified bank card.
