客户端日志显示“AUTH_FAILED”

故障现象

Linux客户端无法正常连接终端入云VPN网关，日志中记录如下错误：

AUTH: Received control message: AUTH_FAILED
SIGTERM[soft,auth-failure] received, process exiting

Windows客户端无法正常连接终端入云VPN网关，日志中记录如下错误：

AUTH: Received control message: AUTH_FAILED
SIGUSR1[soft,auth-failure] received, process restarting
MANAGEMENT: >STATE:1728870448,RECONNECTING,auth-failure,,,,,
Restart pause, 1 second(s)
MANAGEMENT: Client disconnected
ERROR: could not read Auth username/password/ok/string from management interface
Exiting due to fatal error

可能原因

用户在登录系统输入密码时，连续输入错误5次后，系统会锁定该用户名。

处理步骤

等待大概5分钟，再重新使用用户名密码登录。
