增量同步失败报错，关键词“service LOGMANAGER failed, caused by: get Oracle log file info of sequence xx failed for can not find it”或“get Oracle log file info of sequence:xx failed for file is deleted”

场景描述

Oracle为源端数据库增量同步阶段报错，同步日志界面提示：service LOGMANAGER failed, caused by: get Oracle log file info of sequence xx failed for can not find it或get Oracle log file info of sequence:xx failed for file is deleted

可能原因

DRS同步任务所需要源数据库Oracle的归档日志已不存在。

解决方案

请联系客户确认能否恢复源库日志,若能恢复源库日志,则在日志恢复后续传drs任务即可,如果不能恢复源库日志则只能重置DRS同步任务。
